Glass Vending Furnace

Flat and bending glass tempering furnace is designed to make heat resistant and stronger glass for the cut and processed glass. Flat glass, reflective glass, colored glass and coated (Low-E) glass tempering is performed in maximum quality. With its integrated glass bending unit the bend glass tempering can be done with ease.

Glass is heated to a very high degree in the heating furnace and cooled by blowing air through high-speed fans. Tempered glass as well as to increase the durability and resistance to thermal stress, the volume of product, chemical structure does not change the color and clarity. When broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as plate glass creates. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury. Tempered glass can be used for glass railings, folding glass systems, glass doors, shower cabins, glass partitions, furniture glasses, refrigerator and stove glasses, solar collector glasses, automotive glasses such as rear and side glasses.
